Stovetop Recipes

July 16, 2021
My family has recently moved back to the US frombeing overseas, and we have been living in a hotel while we await a housing assginment on post. Because of that, I have been forced to make meals without an oven. The recipes I share on this page are skillet friendly recipes.

Skillet-Keto-Meatballs
Since I am a type 1 diabetic, I am always looking for ways to reduce my carbs. I find that the keto diet is great for me to follow because it is filling, and for the most part, I don’t miss the carbs. This recipe is inspired by the classic Italian meatball recipe, but it is made with diabetic and keto friendly ingredients and cooked on the stove top instead of the oven.
